BJJ @ 606

BJJ emphasizes grappling, ground fighting, take downs, and submission holds and is a crucial component of a well-rounded set of self-defense skills. Students can enroll in just the BJJ program, or combine it with karate and eskrima classes. Coach Justin Metcalfe teaches our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, which are open to students of all ages.
